Type and size

Daily heading

  • Use a sturdy system sans at 30-42px, 800-900 weight, with sentence-case wording so it feels practical.

Task rows

  • Use 15-18px text, 600-750 weight, and keep each task row to one line when possible.

Layout rules

Card stack

  • Use one theme header, three task rows, and one closing rule. Keep the row rhythm consistent.

Spacing

  • Use 24-32px padding, 12-16px row gaps, and 2px dividers or tinted blocks between morning, afternoon, evening.

Build notes

  • Good for daily planner cards, study dashboards, fitness check-ins, and printable routine cards.
  • If more than three tasks are needed, make a second card instead of shrinking type.

Replaceable parts

Time blocks

  • Morning / Afternoon / Evening
  • Before / During / After
  • Focus / Admin / Review

Avoid when

  • The schedule requires exact timestamps.
  • Many people need to coordinate.
  • Tasks have strict dependencies.

Variants

  • Turn it into a weekly card with three priorities.
  • Use it as a habit tracker cover.
  • Use it as a simple event run sheet.

Usage notes

  • Do not overfill it.
  • Completion matters more than ambition.
  • Use dividers to make scanning easy.
